I know firsthand that having mental health challenges does not have to equal a life sentence of suffering. I am intentional about my practice and create a safe space for BIPOCS to discover, expand, and evolve into their healed self. My approach integrates meditation, mindfulness, and evidence-based techniques to support your journey towards resilience and empowerment.
I am passionately focused on dismantling systemic racism within mental health by empowering folks to heal. My areas of specialty are trauma, anxiety, and depression among all populations (children and adults); the unique needs of military members (active, retired, veterans) and their family members; supporting BIPOC women with ADHD, children with special needs, BIPOC women with mom/daughter relationships; generational patterns; generation diversity (Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials) LGBTQ+ and Gender Identity.
